IMS (Integrated Management System) Consultant including ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment series) and ISO 14001:2004 - Project Management. Data gathering and gap analyzing on the basis of mentioned International standards. - Determining the necessary competence for personal performing work effecting quality management system and providing training to satisfy these needs. The courses include requirement of those International Standards, data analysis seven statistical tools, internal audit, continual improvement, statistical process control, measurement system analysis, team working, problem solving, FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis). - Preparing documents needed (procedures and work instructions) to establish the standards. - Determining the quality, environmental and safety goals. - Risk analysisk. - Conducting internal audits to determine whether the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standards and to the quality management system.
